The washroom stinks.

Nice and clean place. There was an old man who helped us with everything.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also good bathroom with plenty of hot water. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful ( we are hungry hikers walking the Pekoe Trail!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging an excellent private tour to a nearby tea factory. Highly recommend both the place and the tour!

Kitchen, we want to wash our hands, and we were not happy with the kitchen as its very bad looking and dirty

The owner, despite having received my reservation (for work purpose, there was 2 rooms booked, 1 for me and 1 for my colleague), just had some other guest arriving without any reservation, and gave them all the rooms I have been booking. His excuse was that someone at Booking.com had automatically accepted my booking. He also said booking.com had given me big discount. Basically, he preferred getting full price room to guests that just showed up[, than giving me my discount. Very bad behaviour. Wouldn't recommend as this can also happen to you. At this stage all rooms around Hatton were booked and I had to spend more for my stay. He also didn't cancelled my reservation and said to booking.com that I never showed up!

We did not get

There is no a better place for a couple.when we compare with photos there is totally different and very unsatisfied.
