"Excellent"

Pretty village location, spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, good local pub recommended by owners (The Pheasant) Impressive tree lined road leading to the village.

Owners chose not to say hi, kettle needed a good descale, tea cups needed a clean, hanging space limited to 2 x door hooks, expensive given no breakfast. Roadworks meant 5 min extra detour to pub as signs said road closed. In fact road was accessible (we asked a local)

"Great place to stay when cycling the Chalk Way"

Comfortable and friendly room in a house with its own access. Somewhere safe to store the bikes. cookies and other facilities in the room

Be aware that the nearest food is about a mile away and there is no breakfast.

"Comfortable, clean, good location, generally served our purpose for 3 nights."

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good location. Fridge and microwave.

No drawer space for clothes. Sink too small and use was restricted due to oversized shelf above.
