Cortesia, pulizia e posizione davvero ottima per una breve sosta in una delle isole più belle d'Italia. Grazie!

Ho prenotato per 10 GG e dopo aver pagato sono stata contattata dalla struttura che avvisava che la camera è senza finestra e con 100 euro mi avrebbe spostato in una con balcone, ho accettato ma ha detto che non poteva rilasciare la ricevuta, ha chiesto 2 euro al giorno di tassa di soggiorno quando a Ischia il comune chiede 1 euro al giorno, nelle vicinanze c'è ente turismo Campania che mi ha confermato che a Ischia si spende 1 euro al giorno, gli asciugamani erano macchiati e in 10 GG mai nessuno che abbia spazzato o lavato il pavimento, solo cambio asciugamani 2 volte. Inoltre c'erano problemi con una pompa per l'acqua e rumori fino a tarda notte e 1 sera il rumore forte è durato tutta la notte, che disperazione non abbiamo chiuso occhio mi dovrebbe risarcire del sonno perso e vacanza rovinata 🤦🤦

Wifi was ordinary. Whatever plan they’re on is not great. We travel regularly from Australia and experience various levels of accommodation. Our key requirements are that the property is clean and that the property has basic facilities. Cleanliness was good in general however nothing is more annoying than having a couple of dirty dishes. We understand the previous tenants should clean these however it is incumbent that the owner check these facilities thoroughly, which was not. the case. As for facilities, we had to share one cup for tea and one wine glass, no tea towel to dry the dishes etc, no big deal, but very annoying. There were a few housekeeping issues that we notified the owner about so hopefully they attend to them. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay at the apartment.

El trato de la propietaria dejó mucho que desear. Le pedimos por favor dejar una maleta en una taquilla y se negó a ayudarnos, ni siquiera respondió mis mensajes sabiendo que era muy difícil pasar un día con la maleta a cuestas. Mucho ruido en la habitación. Colchón de mala calidad. Una luz parpadeante toda la noche. Nos dijo que había una ventana y es mentira, es una cristalera que da a la entrada del edificio por lo tanto no tiene ventanas la habitación. Un zulo.

The door lock didn't work from the inside. I pushed something against the door at night.
