Perfect location on the port for a stay & close to the local bus station/port for transportation connections

All was ok and cleaning lady helped us check-in. Room had no windows just skylight onto the courtyard

Nice bathroom and big room.

There was nobody to explain things, would really appreciate that, but didn't even received answer to my messages on whatsapp which was stated as a contact. The room stated to be noise free, not at all, I could here every single steps of people walking down the stairs.

There is only a small window above the door for ventilation. There is no more window in the room.

The location is super. It is only 5 mins walk from the ferries port in ischia and the view from the room is wonderful. The kicthen is also very well equipped.

After publishing a very interesting price, they didn't provide the service but yet charged the night, even whe asked to cancell it. The only experience like this during 1 month in Italy. Scum...

Fuckers took my money but did not provide the accommodation.left stranded. Other locals helped me to find accommodation. They clearly double booked the room. Told me in the end they lost key to room. Neighbours said person already staying in my room. Told this not the first time.

The service provider should be roomoved from booking agencies. Tells me booking.com has to refund me.

The pictures posted are misleading. For all rooms are pictures with nice view, window, terrace and a kitchen. When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked is not available and we were given the room with no windows. It was terrible place and we couldn't imagine to stay there. The owner said by the phone that he will agree to cancellation without any additional costs. He lied and never accepted our cancellation. He stopped answering the phones or write back to messages. Don't make the same mistake as we did.
