Excellent host and an excellent place to stay, plenty of places.to visit around the site. I will definitely come back when I am back in Morocco

What an excellent and lovely place to spend the night. We would have stayed more nights if we didn't have to rush to merzougha

After a long 7-hour drive from the desert in Merzouga, we arrived in Ifrane—tired, hungry, and cold. It was only 4°C when we got there, and all we wanted was a warm place to rest. But instead, we were met with cold treatment. The man at the property asked for a marriage certificate. We didn’t have our Dutch document with us—but even if we had, he wouldn’t have been able to read it. Then they refused to let us stay. No refund. No cancellation. Just a flat-out rejection. We complained to Booking.com several times and eventually had to call them. But the damage was done. This is exactly why people use Booking.com—because they need a reliable place when far from home. Imagine if we had our kids with us. What then? Places like this should be removed. No one deserves to be left stranded in the cold after such a journey.

Covered parking for our motorcycles

The owner was obviously extremely busy both running the motel and his shop next door so the operation was a little chaotic. The room and bathroom were fairly basic. We ate there as there was no other option but it wasn’t great

The breakfast and location was very nice, it was 10mins away from the city. The breakfast was very nice and they served as well.

The room was advertised for 2 bedrooms, but we only got 1 room with 2 beds. The room was very cold and the electrical lights and heater kept on going off, we ended up turning the heater off and sleeping with blankets.
