The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is bigger and clean. The property is not very far from the town.

No water provided, no tea/coffee provided. This property was used to provide breakfast before. Now we have to either go to the restaurants neary by or buy via the uber. This is a minus point for this hotel. We are frequent travellers to this town and future stays are not planned with this property.

It was very clean and comfortable stay. It is near to the temple as well and other small hotels to have food. I would choose again.

Property which has all the minimum necessities for a family stay. There is however a fridge missing in each room and some of the electrics need maintenence. Otherwise overall good value for money. The staff are very helpful and will help cater to any requests. The location is perfect as not too close to Jaffna town but close enough for quick shopping.

Decent room for a lower price.

Location is not great. Minimal facilities. Room was decent, but bathroom needs to be fixed. The staff tried to help with what they could, but a lot of mishaps, changed room after staying there for a day. Would not stay again.
