Very nice clean place on a super location. Very nearby everything downtown. Tram 28 rides through the street!

For the cooking I missed some good pans and stuff

Excelente servicio, el personal muy considerado nos recibieron antes de la hora y nos permitieron dejar nuestros equipajes un poco más del tiempo establecido según sus normas. Atención cordial, la habitación y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y ordenadas. En general muy bien todo. Por mi parte lo recomiendo.

we only stayed one night, so for that it’s okay, as it is comfortable and the location is fine. there are two bathrooms which was useful, and a small kitchen as well. I could always reach them on the phone when I had questions or issues

the street in general is very noisy, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open, but when we closed it, it felt like there is no air (there is an air conditioner which is great, but I don’t like sleeping with that). you can get in with three different codes to the building, the floor and the room, which can be useful, but we (and some others as well) had some issues with the codes, fortunately the cleaning lady was available to help.
