The location was perfect for my needs, within walking distance to Santa Apolonia station and close to Alfama. There is a supermarket close by. The code I was given didn't work when I arrived but I got an immediate response from a member of staff who opened the door for me remotely.

I had the attic room so it got quite hot but there were two fans in the room so it was alright. I didn't like the fact that there was another room between mine and my bathroom.

Near everything I wanted to see

No elevator had to climb 5 sets of stairs with my luggage and I’m a elderly woman

Estaba bien ubicado, al lado del mirador da graça, muy bonito y el famoso tranvía 28 al lado.

La atención, a parte de no haber nadie, te contestaban muy tarde.

La ubicación para mi fue perfecta porque iba a un evento que se celebrava a 100 metros de allí. Al margen de ello, es una zona muy bonita frente a una plaza con fuente y arboles, un mirador con vistas maravillosas a la ciudad. Los puntos de interés de la ciudad quedan a mano. Yo me encontré con las fiestas de San Joao. Bonito ambiente.

No tengo objeciones. Las fotos se correspondían a lo real. Sabía que mi habitación era pequeña, pero muy bien decorada, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El baño impecable tambien.

Excelente ubicación, la atencion del personal magnifica, brindan mucha ayuda con informacion, movilidad, ls estadia el lugar muy limpio, el baño impecable, facilidad para dejar el equipaje despues del check out

Very central location. I was really glad to have my own bathroom. It was a bit hot in the attic but they had a fan in the hallway and if you grab that and put it next to the windows at night, you can easily make it comfortable.

Perfect location, very clean accommodation, excellent customer service

The location is excellent to visit the main spots on the city without using transportation, a vibrant neighborhood and many restaurants and cafes, the hosts were helpful and the access was smooth.

If you are planning for renovations an AC would be a great addition

It is too small n feel uncomfortable.
