I liked most of the things. I find myself lucky that guests were nice too and we had calm nights.

Two things, they give you a hairdryer on request but I reckon it is better to put it up in the bathroom. I arrived late and I had to sleep with wet hair because staff was not there. And a rack in the shower to put self care products on, that was one uncomfortable thing while my stay. I just remembered, we weren’t able to get WiFi signal, because of our travels we couldn’t see staff and the person on whatsup didn’t respond.

Do atendimento do Sr. Thomaz. A hospedagem fica em um prédio com dois estabelecimentos, mas apenas o outro estabelecimento tem placa na frente do prédio. A hospedagem fica no quarto andar deste prédio. E essa informação poderia ter sido facilmente explicitada nas trocas de mensagens do Booking e no WhatsApp, mas somente após 20 minutos que o funcionário acima explicou de forma mais objetiva. Em compensação a funcionária que me recepcionou foi super solícita.
