スタッフの対応が良かった。15時からのチェックインと知っていて、荷物だけ預けに行ったら、掃除中にもかかわらず、部屋に通してくれた。 英語がわからなくても、にこやかに対応、とても感じ良かった。

シャワーベッドが壊れていた。水しか出なかった。

Location very close to everything needed and tourism

The owner handled the electricity situation and communicated poorly. And they didn't provide anything to replace the problems that came up like a candle or a lamp in the bathroom even after we asked for it when the electricity went off and was off for more than 24 hours. And they didn't even tell us so when we came up at around 20.00 there was still no electricity. They didn't tell us in the forehand that there was still electricity problems which if they did we would would have been able to buy the candles, charge our devices and so on before going back to the room.

Läget var superbra, väldigt centralt. Nära till tågstationer som Cais do Sodre och Rossio. Rummen var rymliga och hade det man behövde. Även ett gemensamt kök som man fick använda.

Lyhört i korridorerna. Måste gå i många trappor, finns ingen hiss. Kan utrusta köket bättre, t.ex sax. Lamporna i köket stängdes av och på regelbundet vilket var lite störigt.

Ubicacion

- No tenía agua caliente para ducharse. Y aunque hubiera comentado con los funcionarios al día siguiente estaba igual - Había solamente 2 baños para 12 dormitorios. - Los baños estaban viejos, uno no tenía mampara de la ducha, el otro la tenía rota. Además en la ducha el agua estaba atascado y no bajaba.

La ubicación es muy buena. Queda a pocos pasos de la plaza del comercio y del transporte para recorrer la ciudad. La atención es muy buena. Fue todo muy claro y rápido.

La habitación, no era la que aparecía en las fotos. El cuarto estaba muy cerca de la cocina por lo tanto se escucha mucho el sonido de todo por la mañana. El hotel tiene 2 secciones, en mi caso me toco la sección más ruidosa.

The location was very good! Very close to everything which was exactly what we needed for the first night in the city. The beds were comfy.

The space was not clean enough and when we entered the room there was a weird smell in the air. The toilets were not very clean and there were no tissues or hand towels. It should be made clear in the description that it is more like a hostel and not a guesthouse. The whole apartment complex requires better maintenance and renovation.
