Clean bed sheets and towels almost every day

A lot of stairs to climb, which is frustrating after a day full of walks. Also the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was severely sunken in

Localização fantástica! Quartos bons e limpos, banheiros práticos e chuveiros funcionando bem (e bem quente). Fica a 2 min andando da Rua Augusta, 5 minutos do elevador Santa Justa. Paradas de bonde há alguns metros, ótimas opções de café da manhã nos quarteirões próximos. E quem quiser curtir um show de fado, tem opções a algumas quadras. Vale muito a pena ficar no 262.

In the centre of city

Dirty, noisy, staff checked me in half an hour after check-in time. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything.

Ubicación ideal para ir caminando a todos los sitios. Buena relación calidad precio si quieres dormir y asearte. Cama comida. Aire acondicionado y Wifi OK. El traslado desde el aeropuerto

El olor a humedad. Las escaleras eran incómodas. Las instalaciones comunes no se pueden utilizar, por espacio y estado de las cosas. Está mal insonorizado así que dependerá de que los vecinos sean cuidadosos. No poder dejar las maletas en el mismo alojamiento

Lage: sehr zentral fussläufig war man schnell in der Innenstadt und an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Altstadt war direkt in der Nähe.

- hatten das Zimmer mit einem Etagenbett (für Kinder) von Ikea - unser Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster jedoch war der Ausblick auf eine Hauswand somit war es stockdunkel Tag und Nacht - Unterkunft war in die Jahre gekommen, an mehreren Stellen war der Boden kaputt - 3 Gemeinschaftsbäder waren unsauber. Türen der duschen fehlten oder waren kaputt - wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, sie wurde vom Personal auf Anfrage entfernt dabei wurden wir belächelt - generell roch es sehr muffelig

Location is very good and the room was decent

The pictures look betetr than reality. The apartment needs some reparations around windows. Also the view through the window was to an old building which also needs some repairs
