Staff muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto e banheiro grande, nos acomodou muito bem. Perto de tudo, metrô mesmo a frente. Padaria, mercados, farmácias a apenas uns minutos de distância. Voltaremos com certeza.

A rua é um pouco barulhenta, más nada que com as janelas fechadas não se resolva. Às vezes subia um mal cheiro no banheiro, más por ser um prédio já antigo e também não foi nada que incomodasse.

The hotel is located right next to the subway, about a 15-minute ride from the airport. The rooms are on the 6th and 7th floors of an apartment building. The hotel is fine for an overnight stop. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel offers no luxury whatsoever. The basics are adequate, though. You should ask for a room that doesn't face the main road, as there's constant car noise 24/7.

The bathroom is very small. Overall, it's not suitable for a longer stay, but good for an overnight stop.

Hotel in posizione strategica: davanti al portone c'è l'ingresso della Metro con due linee (la rossa da/per l'aeroporto e la verde che porta in centro). La struttura è agli ultimi piani di un palazzo un po' anonimo ma dentro le camere sono molto belle, spaziose e con ampio bagno ristrutturato (doccia enorme). Infissi nuovi che isolani bene dai rumori della strada. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. L'hotel non offre servizi di ristorazione ma proprio a piano strada del palazzo c'è un ottimo bar pasticceria con grande offerta di dolce e salato. L'unico neo potrebbe essere la mancanza di riscaldamento in bagno se si soggiorna in inverno (c'è solo una pompa di calore nella stanza).

Il prezzo forse è un po' alto per la tipologia di struttura e per i servizi offerti ma la stanza era confortevole e la posizione davvero ottima. Manca il frigorifero. Si potrebbe aggiungere un porta asciugamani o qualche gancio nel bagno (dettagli di poco conto).

I liked the location of the property.

It’s very old fashioned. I booked a family room but there were not much facilities in the room. There was only one chair to sit. I went with 2 child. One was four years and other was 4months old. There was no kettle to make milk for my infant. Had to bring the hot water from the reception every time. There was no step on chair even to make my child brush his teeth as the wash basin was of adult size and it was difficult to brush his teeth. Was difficult to make him sit on WC, not even a potty cover to put on the WC. At the time of booking, they ask for the child’s age so as per the age they must arrange for these facilities. Poor my child, he was so afraid to make potty in WC as he was scared that he would fall into the toilet. And I had to hold him during potty time. No basic water facilities also. Water bottles are not provided in the room. Sofa bed also not in good condition. It was up and down. Not on one level. I had requested for baby cot, that also was not suitable for 4months old baby. It was basically for a baby who can already sit on their own. I’m not at all satisfied with the facilities provided. TV is also old fashioned, my child couldn’t even watch it as there is no YouTube on it as it’s not smart tv . Totally unhappy with the stay.
