Small and friendly hostel. Good breakfast with lovely staff.looking after us. Very clean.

Towels were a bit small. Only one glass for water for 2 of us.

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant, très à l' écoute et aux petits soins. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Le ménage est refait tous les jours , les serviettes de toilette changées régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

L'emplacement au calme est très accessible dans le superbe quartier de l'Alfama. Le personnel est très attentionné. L'hôtel est très propre. Bref à recommander les yeux fermés. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Great location, extra clean, super nice staff, cool decor.

The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom was icy cold with no heat pump to warm it. We did not dare give our kids a shower because they would have 100% caught a cold. A small electric warmer for winter would be a great addition to offer to families with small kids.
