Really clean, exactly like the picture and the host was reactive to any questions !

I have not received a response. I need the invoice, and they are not replying to my messages. The phone does not work either; I call, but it goes straight to voicemail.

房间有股潮湿霉味，窗口对准室内一片常年不见太阳的地方，空调不太给力

The common area and the yard were quite pretty. The cleaning maid was very friendly as well. Overall, the cleanliness of the shared areas was good.

We were quite unlucky with our room. There was a very unpleasant mold smell, and we found at least five XL‑sized cockroaches inside. We informed the manager, but unfortunately no one took care of the issue. Because of this, the rating for the room felt far too high compared to what we actually experienced. Additionally, one of the lamps in our room wasn’t working, and part of the kitchen’s electricity was out as well.

O local é muito confortável, tem tudo o que necessitamos para uma estadia confortável, com fácil acesso ao metro. Pontos extras para Maria, que foi extremamente solicíta.

Apenas a trinca de um dos banheiros que estava sem.
