The Chill(e)

Localização e limpeza.

The Chill(e) is such a nice place to stay in. They're very hospitable, providing two towels, coffee (and a coffee machine!), tea, sugar, etc. All these little touches were so pleasant to see. The location of the place is great, making it easy to get to any part of the city, and it's also not on a hill, which is a huge advantage, in my view. In the nearest vicinity, there are so many places to eat and shop. The area is safe, which I really appreciated as a female often coming back late in the evening. The place is quiet and clean. Obviously, a lot depends on people who are staying with you there at the same time. Some were tidy, but some really needed to learn some common rules about cleaning after themselves. The check-in process was smooth, actually. Before arrival, you are sent a few emails detailing everything, so I'm not sure what can be unclear to people. The check-out was also simple. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying at The Chill(e).

The water temperature was unstable in the big bathroom, jumping from scorching hot to cold in seconds. However, in the small one everything was perfect

Close to the metro station.

Window is above very noisy street. The cafeteria underneath is open till late; the rubbish bins below were emptied just after 2 o'clock and the workers were speaking loudly and playing music on their phones. The room doors are creaky. We had to get up just after 6 in the morning so had very little sleep because of constant noise.

Perfect location - well connected, even within walking distance to the city centre. Lovely room, clean and cozy. Really love the little garden.
