The balcony was lovely, two bathrooms, good links to public transport to access the city centre, welcome sign on the door was a nice personalised touch, kitchen was lovely and there was also a washing machine with washing line in the back of the building

No sanitary bin in the bathrooms

Overall, everything was great — clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is really good, with shops and lots of cafes nearby. You can even do your laundry, which is a nice bonus.

The only thing I’d mention is that the door in my room was quite squeaky.

Find the entrance is very difficult

Good location near a metro station. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The bedrooms were very clean and we were very content with the bathroom, which was also quite clean. It was generally a pleasant stay and very value for money.

We found the staff somewhat rude. The check-in procedure was okay since there was a lady who could speak english and we understand what we had to do. During the check-out, the ladies were rude, they looked like they didn't want to help us, they didn't speak english and they were constantly making faces of despair at us because we couln't understand where and to who to leave the keys since they don't speak english, and they made us understand they were in no mood to help. We were also told prior to our arrival that we could leave our luggage there until our departure however we considered it very unsafe, since we were told to leave them at the store across the street, which didn't have any sort of storage room to keep our luggage safe against theft.
