"Baja calidad para el precio y malas condiciones generales."

La ubicación.

Mucho ruido interior y exterior, no hay enchufes al lado de la cama, sólo uno en la puerta de entrada con un ladrón y Otro ocupado por el televisor. Los aseos no los limpian con frecuencia. Edificio en estado regular.

Excelente ubicación. Personal amable y atento. Instalaciones adecuadas a precio. Buena relación precio-calidad.

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el establecimiento, porque había una endija en la parte baja de la puerta, y la aislación no es la mejor. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Le personel et la propreté

Tout le reste ( Très déçu par le séjour. L'isolation phonique est inexistante et la chambre est vieillissante. De plus, la porte ferme mal et l'environnement est particulièrement bruyant la nuit. Enfin, les toilettes étant partagées, elles sont souvent indisponibles aux heures de pointe, le matin et le soir)

La limpieza, la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación

Instalaciones demasiado antiguas. Falta reparacion. Mucho ruido.mobiliario demasiado antiguo. El colchón hundido. El balcon tenia una malla que no te deja asomarte. Balo comoartido y sin alfombrin. La pta. Cerrada con una rendija x la cual te pueden ver desde afuera. El edificio inseguro,( un agujero en p. Baja medio descubierto y sin señalizar. Una alcantarilla con rejillas grandes seguido del escalon en el rellano.
