La ubicación

El aire no funcionaba, hemos pasado mucho frío, reclamamos el primer día y no nos contestaron. El hecho de que fuera un 3° sin ascensor tampoco nos entusiasmó. Hubiera estado bien saberlo antes de reservar.

Muy buena ubicación, cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio.

La puerta de la calle se atrancaba y nos asustó el no poder entrar. Además, se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones.

La cama era cómoda, la ubicación decente.

Tuve que ejercer de electricista para restaurar todas las luces de todas las habitaciones a través del diferencial de la planta, no hubo ningún tipo de compensación ni temporal ni económica. Al día siguiente nos encontramos una pareja que tuvo que quedarse en otro hotel para pasar la noche dado que no pudieron entrar a la habitación porque el código no les funcionaba, el número de contacto no les respondió. Lo barato sale caro, para algunos/as.
