Clean appartment overall and good contact with landlord

It hasnt been clear from the description that the appartment is actually a shared appartment with up to three separately subrented rooms. While there is a so called private bathroom available for one room, it is detached from the room and you need to cross public space. It is therefore only suited for people who accept this but not for couples seeking privacy. Equally the windows of our room have been facing another renters balcony,significantpy reducing privacy ( a curtain exists but doesnt make it convenient).. Also no private balcony is available as originally stated. For longer stays you need to also consider your own towels as only a starter kit of towels is provided initially.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et très confortable. La disponibilité, la gentillesse et la réactivité de l'hôte.

L'appartement est à 25 min à pied du centre-ville et en hauteur. Nous aurions aimé plus d'informations sur les commodités et les choses à faire / à voir aux alentours.
