Overall my stay was good. Friendly staff. Great location and shared facilities (kitchen and patio). Room was decent - clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. I parked in Garage Arze (slightly cheaper than the others) and it was a short walk to the hotel (downhill on the way, uphill on the way out though).

Bathroom drains had a bit of a sewage smell, no soundproofing so I heard everyone in the hallway all the time, and without screens on the window I got bitten twice by mosquitos. I couldn't control the A/C in October, so I either had to sleep in the heat or take chance with bugs. Despite all this, I think it was good value for the price I paid considering the location.
