"Nice stay and host was great"

The property was very clean and tidy and well presented. Some really nice touches from the owner and worked well for us to have a nice evening in Zadar. Just on the outskirt of the old city and near the port.

The local surrounding buildings are a little rundown and could give the feeling of being in a rough area - we had no issues and felt okay getting to and from the accommodation. The room is situated inside office spaces and can feel a little lonely when heading back to the accommodation and felt a little strange when leaving in the morning and everyone is sitting at their desks working or coming in to work. It’s a clever idea though to maximise opportunities for rental accommodation within office spaces.

Great place for a quick visit in Zadar! Andrea gave us very helpful information regarding what to visit and where to eat. It was perfect since we had a limited time in Zadar and we were able to make the most of it.

Clean and kind of comfortable, BUT...

The location is TERRIBLE! It should be prohibited to change such a poor state office / warehouse block to an appartement. The location is CREEPY between old flats, never to be booked by single females. Anyone, including homeless people, could come in the building as people leave the main door open all the time. the EXTREMELY NOISY due to people working next doors very early in the morning.

What is there not to like? I was here before, years back and didn't change. Still feels like home. Awesome location, awesome owners. Comfy beds, clean and just what I need. 11/10.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Comfortable, large bed. Location close to the old town. The owner was very helpful and nice. I recommend this place! 🩵
