Tinel Rooms Old City Center

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa camera durante in ns tour della Croazia. Camera pulita con tutti i confort. In pieno centro vicino a tutte le attrazioni. Colazione a pochi metri dalla camera.

Die Lage.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut nicht! Nach der ersten Nacht, habe ich das Personal per WhatsApp angeschrieben, dass die Balkontür defekt ist und sich nicht schießen lässt, dementsprechend nachts zu laut ist. Und dass beide Nachtlampen nicht funktionieren. Abgesehen davon dass die unansehnlich waren. Die erste Antwort war „ich hätte mir im Wald eine Unterkunft suchen sollen“ und der Lösungsvorschlag „wenn ich bis 12h das Zimmer verlasse, bekomme ich den Rest erstattet“ Habe dann mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen und es lag nicht an der Lage, sondern an der defekten Tür. In der Beschreibung stand, französischer Balkon, das war aber nur ein Fenster mit einer defekten Tür, voller Dreck und Spinnweben. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur auf Stufe 5 und die Lebensmittel waren gefroren. Unter Stufe 5 ging der aus. Ich habe zwar keine tägliche Reinigung gebraucht, habe aber noch nie erlebt dass in dieser Preisklasse gar keine Reinigung angeboten wird. Insgesamt für die Ausstattung und das unfreundliche Personal 0 Sterne. Bilder anbei.

Location is good as is in the heart of Zadar. Breakfast was good

The entrance to the hotel looks like an abbandoned building, with graffiti on the wall and bad smell. To access the rooms the only access is by stairs, there is no elevator. From our 2 rooms in the appartment only one of the bedrooms had Airconditioning. Breakfast is located in a different location about 5 minute walk away from the room. Shower is very small and did not have a holder to hold shower head at a high place. Toilet is very restricted as well. Broken towel rail
