The apartment is not in the city centre, so it is more quiet. The garden is very nice in front of the builiding. At the back there is a nice terrace with sunbeds, and there is also a small sandy beach that you share with the neighbouring apartments. The restautants are very close, there is a small shop and bakery right on the other side of the road. We booked a room with a side view of the sea from the balcony. The room was very tidy and clean. There was cleaning every day in the rooms. The room was spacious just like in the photos.

The mattress of the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The area beside the roads are quite dirty (thrown litter, plastic bottles) and also construction debris is dumped along the seaside where there is no swimming possibilities - but it is not the fault of the apartment, although it influenced the overall evaluation of the visit of Zakinthos.

Everything, the studio was amazing, well equipted and looked like the same as in the pictures. The staff was super helpfull. we will go back for sure.

Great place to stay for your Zante vacation. It is close to town and also lots restaurants and bars around. The owner and staff are very friendly. The beach is right in the back. I would book longer stay next time.

Everything: Personal, location, position, cleaning......

Everything was ok.

The location was superb - directly on the beach, close to Argassi center, close to Zante. Staff, especially the receptionist very nice. AC worked well, wifi worked well. Rooms were clean and had also fridge, iron and hairdryer. There was a kitchen, where you could prepare caffee or even cook.

What I do not like about Greece generally is throwing used toillet paper to garbage 🤷🏼‍♀️

This property had everything you could ask for. Next to shops, restaurants, bars and beach but still a very peaceful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Had clean bedding and towels daily. Hotel and rooms were so clean and the decor was really nice. Stunning views from the balcony of our rooms overlooking the sea. Very happy and will be returning ☺️
