Der Wirt war freundlich, wenn auch nicht enthusiastisch.

Das sehr schmale hohe Haus befindet sich in einem typischen Bahnhofsviertel im Winkel von zwei ineinanderlaufenden Strassen. Es roch etwas muffelig im Zimmer. Der Preis war sehr günstig. Aber an der Tür hing ein Zettel der Stadt, wonach er sogar noch günstiger hätte sein müssen.
