Struttura accogliente e con un'attenzione particolare alla pulizia. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile!

Annalisa and Luca are one of the nicest couples you could want to meet let alone be your host. Their property is of an exceptional location for the beach(five minutes walk) for Ancona and all the surrounding towns you want to see of the Marche. We visited Loretto, Numana, Sirolo, Recanatti, Senigalia, there are a number of other places we just did not have time to see, so for this reason we shall be returning to Carpe Diem next summer for a longer period. Exceptionally clean and modern apartment with a shared kitchen, this did not bother us as we quickly made friends with the other guests, thus made our stay that much more enjoyable. My wife and I are really looking forward to returning next year.

Recensione bozza: Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato presso questo bnb per più di una settimana. È stata una splendida esperienza. Il primo giorno ci hanno accolti ed indirizzati verso i punti turistici più caratteristici e belli delle Marche. Sono anche sempre stati disponibili con suggerimenti e consigli. Sono stati infinitamente ospitali e accoglienti. Ogni giorno trovavamo gli ambienti puliti e in ordine. Ringraziamo la proprietaria perché ci ha proprio trattati come personali ospiti. Consigliamo la permanenza a tutti.

Tesisi yöneten Bayan Rossi, çok ilgili ve çok iyi bir insan. Sonderece dostane yaklaşımlı, sevecen... Tesise çok yakın noktada turkuaz mavisi bir deniz ve şahane bir kumsal... Plajlar birbirinden güzel... doğa parkında ve Ankona şehrinde dolaşmak, restoranlarında ( La Moretta) yemek yemek keyifliydi...

We recommend staying at Carpe Diem. Very nice, communicative, helpful hostess. Clean and spacious interiors. Large bedroom, private bathroom, equipped kitchen with coffee maker. We felt comfortable. A good idea that each room has its own cupboard with dishes in the kitchen. The accommodation is close to the train station and bus stops. It is easy to get to the center of Ancona. We went to Numana and Sirolo for trekking. Thanks to the hostess's tips, we got everywhere we needed without a problem. There is a place to go for breakfast, lunch, etc. nearby. There are markets. Everything you need.
