The place has three split type aircon..one for each room.and one from the living room.

The place is a bit far from San Juan and Urbiztondo.

rooms were large, as a matter of fact the whole apartment was huge, staff was excellent, parking was available, location was great for our needs, each room had individual aircon

access road was very inconvenient (one way) but it's manageable

It’s quiet and clean

Beds are not comfortable, mattresses are thin that you can feel bars of the frame. Need to be replaced.

The apartment is spacious, well maintained, clean, and gives you this homey vibe

Tv local cable isn't working, wish they have something that's netflix ready

Feel safe, have privacy

Kitchen - it will be nice if microwave is provided. Bathroom - it is a wet bathroom needs more hangers or hooks to hang the clothes. Wall type bidet is much appreciated if it is there. It is common in Asia.
