Хорошие добрые хозяева. Уютные чистые апартаменты. Есть желание снова приехать в Батуми и остаться в этом же доме.

Location not accurate, it’s future down the road, no sign, no doorbell, just a random gate far from the house, so can’t knock or ring doorbell. I spent hours trying to find this place, the hotel next door also couldn’t find the place and it was literally next door. They need a sign and more direction. Host was friendly and spoke English when I finally found the place after 2 hours of wondering around and asking many many locals who couldn’t find it either. Host woke me up by knocking on the door at 8am asking what time I was checking out the following day,

Need a sign, don’t wake guests up early to ask what time they want to check out the following day. Conmen sense.

Great location if you want to walk to the sea or central Batumi. Also the main bus station is super close. The owner is very friendly, sweet and helpful. I loved the balcony that’s part of the upstairs apartment and the kitchen was practically equipped.

Nice place - not the newest apartment, but with a kitchenette, air conditioning, bathroom, small balcony. Wonderful owner.

I do not recommend it to people who are always cold, it is difficult to heat the room only with air conditioning.
