Lots of greenery and home stay kind of stay.

1. Very rude hotel staff. They refused to cater to senior citizen couple staying politely. They served breakfast very early saying we have lots of guests to cater to and we cannot accept special requests. 2. The floor was stained and not looking very clean. 3. The outside area had lots of dust and was not very clean to sit out 4. There was no communication of Breakfast menu given correctly and the rude staff was not taking the orders. My very old parents were not able to understand him and staff was very rude 5. The food provided was very expensive and was of average home cooked style quality. 6. Took a deposit of 2k, which I have never seen any hotel or Air BNB doing. They deducted the food bill and did not return the pending amount. 7. Bathroom fittings were not working properly and were not well maintained. Hot water mechanism was very confusing and broken.

Stay is at the main location of Bhopal. Very well maintained. Ashok and Ajay were very cordial and really made the experience memorable
