"Budget stay with not value for money"

Like the behavior of the staff. He is a one man army.

Only one person is taking care of the property but that's why quality is not upto the mark. The rooms are good but you will not get the vibe here of a hotel. It's a budget hotel but they are much better stays which you will get at the same price. I think the owner should hire someone to take care of the property.
