Exceptional stay from start to finish! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel valued and at home throughout my visit. The hotel was impeccably clean. Every area, from the lobby to the hallways and my room, was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. My room was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and there was plenty of room to relax after a long day. The balcony was a fantastic bonus, offering a peaceful space to enjoy the view and unwind. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Despite being conveniently located, the hotel was quiet and relaxing, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure guests had a wonderful experience. It’s rare to find a hotel that excels in every category, but this one certainly does. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. A truly outstanding experience and well-deserved five stars!

Posizione centrale

Letto scomodissimo con materasso sfondato . Bagno piccolo , la doccia perdeva acqua dal doccino. Porta di entrata e infissi vecchissimi con fessure e che non si chiudevano. Camera al 1 piano affacciata sul vicolo, si sentiva tutto quello che le persone dicevano passando, chiaramente, tutti i rumori fino a notte tarda. Consiglio vivamente una buona insonorizzazione. Non vale il prezzo .Ho prenotato sulla base delle recensioni, fasulle a quanto pare.

La ubicación excelente,al lado del palacio de congresos y de la estación de Renfe. La cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy amable y atento.

El ruido, al estar en la zona centro es normal
