Le Marelle

Great hosts, very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Disappointed not to be able to eat there in the evening. Most restaurants were closed and we didn’t want to drive those unfamiliar roads in the dark.

Fantastic location with a stunning view. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. We came during the low season (November) and the first nights all restaurants nearby were closed. Since we didn’t have a car, the owner offered to drive us to the next village and collected us after dinner. I would recommend coming with a car in the low season, but traveling with the local buses worked fine as welll. There is a bus stop just by the hotel.

Outstanding view, breakfast was above average room had a beautiful terrace and parking was available. Bus route stop was a minute away with bus tickets to purchase on site.

Dinner was available on request by a certain hour which conflicted with sightseeing and planning which would have been nice to know upon booking

Nettes, kleines B&B mit traumhafter Terrasse über der Amalfiküste, hervorragendem Frühstück, sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzern (Familienbetrieb). Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne eigene Terrasse und Meerblick, aber beides konnte man auf der großen Terrasse wunderbar genießen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, Zimmer kein Luxus, aber gemütlich und es gab alles, was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass es ausreichend Parkplätze gibt, was in dieser steilen Lage nicht oft vorkommt. Eine Bushaltestelle nach Amalfi befindet sich in 50m Entfernung.

Tolle Terasse mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, mit Kaffe, Omlett, frischem Obst, Saft etc. Das Zimmer war gepflegt mit schönem Balkon.

Das Bett. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und das Metallgestell etwas klapprig.

Extremely polite, friendly and welcoming family. Saverio even offered to drive us up the steep hill to the start of the 'Walk of the Gods'. Amazing 180 degree views from the vast sunny terrace. Fantastic breakfast, great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, pastries, tasty omelette on request. Excellent Aperol Spritz with a view at sunset. Good location if you are happy to walk a lot. Cute dog to welcome us. We won't forget our special experience at Le Marelle. Thank you.

Our room was a little disappointing, with only a tiny window above head height with bars on it and another window that you couldn't see out of. I guess it was their budget room despite it being expensive for us. A long steep walk from everywhere if you don't have a car.
