The location was the best! Quiet and convenience to river path was total bonus!

Floors and doors and stairs were the loudest creeks and squeaks I’ve ever heard! No way to not disturb others or be disturbed by.

This is a gem in Eugene if you're looking for a quiet place. No TV's, just an easy place to stay.

The shower head needs a bit of repair, but does work just fine.

The owners thought of every amenity! It was super clean. I felt like I was visiting a friend's house. The doors to the individual rooms are not common interior doors. They are more secured.
