Incheckning under all kritik. Ingen reception. Telefonnumret i appen felaktigt. När vi lyckats ta oss in i trapphuset hittade vi ett annat telefonnummer och ringde och ringde. Så småningom kontakt och fick koder så vi kunde ta oss in i hotellet och i rummet. Rummet kallt. Badrummet mycket kallt och utan värmekälla. Handdukarna torkade aldrig efter första användningen. Kunde inte duscha dag två då handdukarna var så fuktiga. Extra filtar hade behövts.
