Location is approx. 1.2 KM from main beach( Property is 200 M inside from main road and approach road is very congested) . Room and Bathroom Size is big. Surrounding view is good. Hot water facility is available. You can order breakfast / lunch / dinner. Parking can accommodate 3 to 4 four wheelers.

Booking.com was showing total price for 2 rooms payable Rs 5000. Owner asked me to pay 5600 in cash. So he charged more than the amount shown on booking.com. When confronted on this, he was very rude in reply. He said booking.com is cheating me where as fact was he was cheating me (and government) by taking 12 % GST amount without providing GST invoice. He offered me alternative that if you want to save 600 then cancel entire booking from booking.com (so that he can save booking.com commission :-))
