Hele lieve mensen! De host helpt je graag met het plannen van je reis en ze weet veel. Ze denken hier aan het milieu en kannje hier gratis water krijgen uit een grote dispenser, ook zijn er hierdoor geen plastic flessen te krijgen! Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat graag voor je klaar. Er worden hier veel mensen getraind uit de omgeven in Engels, of het werken in de bediening en dergelijke. Dit om hun ervaring en kennis te vergroten. De bedden waren ook erg lekker!

De ruimte van de douche, is wat onpraktisch ff wennen daarna prima.

Die direkte Lage am Mekong ist sehr schön. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer, das nicht flussseitig war und ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Die Zimmerausstattung war soweit zweckmässig und die Sauberkeit war gut. Das Frühstück möchte ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter wusste mich persönlich nicht restlos glücklich zu machen.

Fint stort værelse - mulighed for at sidde på balkon - dog ikke privat til værelset. Meget imødekommende personale som kunne engelsk. Lækre fiskeretter og gode cocktails

We really enjoyed our stay here - the staff were lovely - both friendly and helpful. Our room was sparsely furnished but clean and comfortable (but it is a guesthouse rather than a hotel). The location was perfect for us - within walking distance of the town, opposite the ferry to Koah Trong Island (good for a visit) and within reach of Kampi for dolphin watching (recommend taking a kayaking tour). The restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner and, if you like a cocktail, I would highly recommend the Kratie Basil🍹!! All in all it's a nice place to stay and extremely reasonably priced.

As there was a kettle in the room, I was surprised there was no tea or coffee provided. Would recommend leaving a little extra time when leaving as the bill is calculated when you check out!

Absolutely loved this place. I am a solo traveller opted for a private room, the room was huge, with a double bed, bathroom, desk, and hooks for your stuff. Even had a (shoe)rack. The place was very comfortable, shower nice with hot water. No bugs or insects whatsoever, and the AC worked well. Staff was very friendly, helped me with my luggage, payment can be done by card or cash. Location is great, close to the bus stop, with a nice view on the small common terrace, and close to many restaurants. It was so much better than I expected from some of the bad reviews. Love their policy on no bottled water!🙏
