Muy rico. Hacen comida muy sana y abundante. Los perritos. Nancy y Fer son muy amables, serviciales y profesionales.

Que fue muy poco tiempo. Disfrutar más el espacio.

La comodidad de la cama, y pues lo céntrico. También que te dan desayuno.

My experience at this hostel was very negative. I was assigned a bed next to a person who had active tuberculosis, and even though they were aware of his condition, no action was taken and there was no concern shown for the health of other guests. The reception staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. On several occasions, they showed a bad attitude toward guests and behaved in a disrespectful manner. The location is far from everything, making transportation and access to services inconvenient. Breakfast seemed to consist of leftovers from previous days. The refrigerator was extremely dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The kitchen was in very poor condition, with grease everywhere and cutting boards in unacceptable shape. Additionally, there was no room cleaning during my stay. The blankets appeared not to be washed between guests and were reused without proper hygiene. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and concern for guests’ health.

Nothing, this hostel has nothing positive all is negative

The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They constantly make unpleasant faces at guests and create an uncomfortable atmosphere. The Tom boy one staff members treated me very badly and was openly hostile. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, no hand towels, and no soap. The entire place is dirty. During the days I stayed there, they only changed the bed sheets once and never cleaned the shared dorm room. The blankets used by previous guests were not washed before being given to new guests. That is completely unacceptable. The kitchen is absolutely filthy — covered in grease and dirt everywhere. The cutting boards are black and look like they have never been washed in their lives. The sponges are disgusting and clearly have not been replaced since the place opened. The refrigerator is also very dirty. Instead of working and maintaining basic hygiene standards, the staff seem more focused on bothering guests. This hostel is away from everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It lacks cleanliness, professionalism, and basic respect for guests.
