Beautiful place to Stay - loved it - Sade and clean

Bien qu’il n’y ait pas d’accueil 24/24, la direction est toujours accessible et à l’écoute par téléphone, sms ou WhatsApp et le personnel est disponible et efficace, lorsqu’il est présent. Ce serait mieux si les parois qui encadrent la vasque-lavabo (dont le robinet bouge) étaient carrelées : cela faciliterait le nettoyage et éviterait que des taches s’y soient installées. De même, installer un extracteur d’odeurs dans les WC limiterait le désagrément d’une odeur qui imprègne un peu le studio lorsqu’on y entre.

Great location! Very friendly staff, yet, there is no AC in all the rooms, and as the place was under renovation (which we didn’t know about in advance), there was a strong smell of sewage and paint all combined 😕

Excellent staff

I stayed for 4 nights. The place is at the center of Lisbon (central location is the most important factor for me), with a host of restaurants, sightseeings and shopping areas nearby, and Baixa-Chiado metro stop 5 minutes by walk of you need to go further somewhere. The room was small but had everything I needed in it (shower, fridge, french balcony), and the staff was available and helpful in cases I needed something. I you are like me and use your time to roam the city, and use your accommodation mainly for sleeping, then this is a good choice for you.

Likes: -The initial check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided for easy access to both the building and the studio. -The studio's location was excellent. Dislikes: -The shower and toilet were in the middle of the room, separated by thin walls next to the bed, resulting in limited privacy. -After showering, a damp smell lingered in the room, indicating poor ventilation. -The room design could be improved with an additional layer of curtains to provide privacy while allowing natural light in. -The office and dining areas were too close to the first and second studio apartments, leading to increased noise levels.

Hotel’s room very nice and tidy and looks as a new one,but my room was very uncomfortable the reason was the shower if it is even called a shower wasn’t useful this item was nearby the bed and when you take the shower if you don’t wash your body separately your bed would be almost wet. I was fortunate because my relatives lived near my house and after one day of the experience I took a shower there. During the whole day in my room there was a smell of the dryer which was working everyday and night. There was also not enough lighting.

The location is very good, but the room was not very convenient. Super small toilet and shower. Linens and towels were not very fresh.

El apartamento es un desastre, la pica de lavarse estaba obstruida, la bañera (según ellos de hidromasaje) estaba obstruida de pelos y suciedad, con malos olores, para ducharte no tiene cortina, por lo que se llena el suelo de agua,las toallas son muy ridiculas, como papel, no tiene armario ni donde poner la ropa, solo tiene un colgador en la entrada,las paredes se oye todo del vecino y escalera, la escalera es un peligro tanto al subir como bajar y mas si vas con maletas- no te dejan hacer el cheking hasta las 3 de la tarde, pero la salida a las 12- poca luz electrica- nada que ver con las fotos que publican- eso si muy caro- solo se preocupan de cobrar por un cuartucho- tuve problemas para pagar con la tarjeta, al final decidi que ya me cobrarian cuando les diera la gana, abone la tasa turistica 16€ 2 dias, no me dieron recibo ni justificante alguno- Si puedes evita este cochitril.

Sol de la chambre en béton nu avec quelques boulons qui dépassent. Serviettes élimées et grisâtres, absence d’alèze sur le lit, draps et taies d’oreillers usés. Porte des toilettes en OSB. La porte des toilettes ne s’ouvre que partiellement parce que le lavabo la gêne. Kitchenette propre mais basique. Seul point positif : la situation en plein centre, proche des transports.
