Quarto muito confortável, bastante limpo. Localização muito boa.

Durante a noite dá para se escutar o barulho da água nas tubulações. Isso incomodou um pouco meu sono.

Tudo muito limpo e confortável.

Pena foi o barulho , gente a sair de madrugada e a bater com as portas. E de manhã a partir das 7 já não deu para dormir mais pois ouvia se tudo o que de passava fora do quarto.

Vorallem die ruhige Lage Nachts. Man kann das Fenster offen lassen ohne von Geräuschen geweckt zu werden zumindest zwischen 23 - 6 Uhr

Das Bett war zu hart. Das Bad sehr klein und der Lüfter ist laut . Glaub noch ein Vorkriegsmodell😀. . Die Duschbrause hielt nicht. Zu schwer für den Halter. Die Nachttisch Lampe hat ein Wackelkontakt, kam mir vor wie im Horrorfilm. An Aus 😀 Meine Erfahrung betrifft Zimmer 502

La ubicación es espectacular, la luminosidad y lugar para poner la ropa, y la cocina común hermosa. La limpieza. La independencia de poder llegar/salir a cual hora x tener códigos de números para hacerlo.

El baño. Ducha que se desprendía del la pared. El agua de la ducha se acumulaba bastante, como si estuviese un poco tapada la rejilla; y a mi que me gusta el colchón firme, , para mantener la columna derecha, me hundía un poco hacia el centro del colchón.

Considering overall pricing in Lisbon it is cheap, good location (near to the both metro lines and train to Sintra), quiet and safe area, a lot of paid parking lots in front of the building, good communication with the owner, she is replying all my requests at once and try her best to solve the problems, overall very kind person, cleaning lady tidy up and clean the room daily, even if you don't request, easy check-in at any hour you wish, perfect hot water, powerful hairdryer.

In the guest house there are more than one twin room with private bathroom (I assume around 3-5). We had to stay two of them (room #501 and #506). From the pictures which depict the living areas of the rooms, one can easily decide all the rooms have the same shape and the same window etc. (which is shown in picture #1 and #2), but unfortunately the truth is different. At least the shape of the room #506 is totally different (from the pic #1 and #2), it is very tiny, almost no proper place to open up your luggage, the window is so small that you barely sense the outside from it, since they could not find any other place to put the metal hanger/wardrobe, you can not see the TV properly from your bed since the hanger partly block your field of vision. In my opinion, this room has to be seperated from the other rooms and depicted properly and be priced lesser than the other room that we stayed (room #501). And the second issue, there is no hand soap in the rooms, if you are sensitive for not using body wash (which is located inside the shower cabin) as a hand soap, bring your own hand soap. Interior sound protection is very poor, but I think it is a common problem with most of the guest houses. (No sound coming from outside, just interior). Regarding room #501 in spite of being new, both beds creak annoyingly and the toilet is so small that despite I am 1.71 cm tall, I can not sit myself properly on to the toilet. P.S. : I rank all my rankings depending on room #501, since I do not want to undermine the guest house's oveall ranking. For room # 506 my ranking would not exceed 5 out of 10. Please do something for the room #506 lady!...

Sehr gute Lage 25min vom Flughafen und 15min in die Stadt rein. Nachts war es ruhig.

Die Betten waren bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut. Die Betten hätten etwas stabiler sein können.
