Nice neighbourhood.

The room I was assigned was sensibly worse than the one I booked and paid for. The property clarified that, as indicated in the description, layout, design and furniture serve only as visual reference, and "might vary". In reality my Superior Double Room was a Compact Double Room with minimal space for movement, no daily cleaning, no dining or sitting space, no refill for coffee/tea and no cuttlery. This seems to meet the standard of the property that offered a minimal compensation only after a complaint made via booking.com. The room was dirty (dusty floors and surfaces, visible finger prints, etc.) but a broom is available if you wish to spend your time in Lisbon cleaning. Because of a very poor noise insulation, we could hear people entering and leaving the building during the night. The "contemporary interior design" is just the cheapest available Ikea furniture, which after some use appear in need for some fixing/change.

Easy to access accommodation, communication was very clear and fast, luggage storage was good.

The place was very very small. The pictures made it look bigger than it is in reality but it is a small room with all furniture packed in tightly. The walls are very thin. We could hear other residents snoring, coughing and talking in their own rooms. It was almost like a hostel.

La struttura permette i check in da remoto ed è una cosa che considero comoda e pratica. C’è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie finché la camera non è pronta. Accesso tramite codici. Vicina al porto, e nel mio caso vicino allo stadio per un concerto. Personale anche se remoto molto gentile e comunica via whatsapp.
