ANNI'S BEACH HOUSE

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious (we were given an upgrade by the way, thanks booking.com), clean, and comfortable. The room also had a balcony view facing the beach. Annis's beach house is a great place for families, as you can cook your own food (should you wish), and the place is near a fish port where fresh fish can be bought at relatively cheap prices. There is also an opportunity to rent a boat and tour around two sand bars and a cave. All in all, it was a great adventure for me.

The beach near the house was not particularly clean. We saw jellyfish swimming around and did not feel safe swimming there. Best you rent a boat and swim at the sandbar where the water is cool and clear. Just watch out for the spiky sea urchins!

The room was very clean and comfortable. My host was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. They served me a nice breakfast and provided me with fresh water to drink.

It is a little far from any food to purchase, though there is one good restaurant very close by. One upgrade would be a hot shower but for the price I did not expect this. Most hotels and accommodations in the Philippines do not provide hot showers unless one pays a much higher price.

Anni's is rustic but very comfortable. We enjoyed the air-conditioning, the decorating, and the large room. We loved being so close to the sea. We didn't swim or snorkel because we were not there for long enough, but apparently the corals at nearby islands are amazing. Anni's is in the middle of a tiny fishing village, where the locals were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed joining the nearby church on Sunday.

Very good am very satisfied with the food and those who prepared all, i mean the staff.
