Most staff were friendly and helpful

Front rooms were on a very busy road and it was so noisy at night and WiFi signal was so poor in them I was transferred to a room where WiFi signal was ok but Aircon was so noisy I had to put earplugs in my ears so I could sleep

Staff were friendly but not fluent in English

It was so noisy on a main road WiFi signal was so poor so I had to move from one room to another twice, Aircon was so loud and noisy in my room that I had to use earplugs, but I had to put up with the noise to get a better WiFi connection. Water wasn't running in one room and they didn't seem to make an effort to do anything about it
