"Very pleasant stay in Matera"

Excellent location - very close to both the train station and the sassi. Very kind and welcoming hosts who were happy to store my suitcase after I checked out! Large room with an especially comfortable bed and electric curtains.

This is essentially a flat with two en-suite rooms, meaning that there is very little soundproofing between the two rooms. It would be nice to to have some more facilities in the room, such as a boiler and an armchair.

"Spotless and airy room in charming old building with a fantastic location"

Spotlessly clean with nice high ceilings and a massive bathroom. Enjoyed the big opening windows with views over the surrounding rooftops.

Two chairs for sitting and a kettle for heating water would be lovely!
