Nice and cozy rooms. Shared fridge and balcony where you can hang clothes. Near to the city center but easily reachable by car.

Cash only payments. Lots of light entered the room in the morning.

Posizione poco distante dal centro storico, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti in pianura. Disponibilità di posteggio gratuito sulla strada dove si trova la struttura. Spazi della stanza piccoli ma ben tenuti e puliti. Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile (ha fornito bollitore su richiesta e due tazze). Frigorifero e ampia terrazza condivisi con gli ospiti delle altre stanze al primo piano. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Consigliato. N.b. una o due rampe di scale senza ascensore.

"agréable séjour proche de la vieille ville de Zadar"

l'emplacement proche de la vieille ville (15 minutes à pied en prenant la passerelle ) la propreté de la chambre l'accueil

pas mal d'escalier pour accéder aux chambres Quartier pas top mais tranquille le soir pour aller et revenir vers la vieille ville

La struttura é vicina al centro storico di Zara, si impiegano solo 10 minuti a piedi ed è collocata su un ristorante omonimo in cui si mangia davvero bene. Non manca nulla: doccia spaziosa, stanza fornita anche di letto e tavolo, accoglienza cordiale. C è anche un balcone dove stendere i costumi e gli asciugamani da mare!
