Excellent central yet quiet & safe location. Welcome was unbelievable despite us not arriving until 2am after flight delay. Radko deserves a medal!

Only 1 small thing was the Aircon being a fraction noisy, but manageable:)

The location was quiet but right in the center of Zadar - steps away from anywhere you needed to be! The place was air conditioned which was lovely during the summer heat. The room was large and had a nice bathroom attached. I also found both hosts to be really nice and friendly!

This is more a problem with my research, but this is more of an AirBnB stay than a hotel stay. There isn’t cleaning every day and you are sharing the overall quarters with another group. I will blame myself for not looking into it deeper when booking, but I was a little bit thrown off by that at first. There also was a fair number of ants always occupying the bathroom. I only saw one in the bedroom portion, but it did concern me a bit for how many there were always moving about!

Room was nice and tidy, great location. Staff were really polite and helpful. The tiny garden area is perfect for chilling out. No fuss with the checking in/out. Overall great experience.

The kitchen is shared with other rooms, but it is well equipped. if you are not planning on cooking much it is absolutely fine.

Extremely clean, cosy garden with cats that come to visit sometimes , location in the city center of an old town. The host is super helpful and nice. He met us and explained and showed us around. Wonderful place and experience overall. I recommend

Great wee place right in the old town close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely garden to sit in the shade in peace and quiet.

- location is very good, slap bang in the old town - very safe apartment with its own private garden - the shower was very big and felt refreshing after a day in the heat - kitchen (shared with the adjoining room) had all the necessaries including tea, coffee and washing machine if you needed it

Nothing really

We liked the new modern feel of the interior, and the historic older city center location. We liked there is a kitchen available if you need it. We liked seeing the cats in the courtyard too…very cute!

It was hard to find. Google Maps will bring you to the wrong street. It would be nice if there was maybe a sign on the street pointing to the entrance (or point out the Konoba sign to look for and turn right and go through the metal gates). We got lost trying to find it and our phones wouldn’t work to call the owner.

Really good instructions on getting in and out of the place. Good communication. Place was neat, Tidy and so close to all of the attractions in the city.
