Good value for money, room large and comfortable. Staff helpful.

WiFi average and a little bit out of town.

Good location, silent place Surrounded by nature, Basic amenities. It was a pleasant stay overall.

It's a bit incline climb from the lake, make sure you're comfortable walking if you prefer to walking.

The property is not clean. The bathrooms are not clean. The rooms are in the basement. It rains a lot in Sri Lanka so basement is the last place you want to stay at. The view from the upper floor of hostel is good. Lot of mosquitoes.

Such a nice location and easy way to the lake through the steps. Very very nice people who look after and run the hostel.

Overall you get what you pay for. The bathrooms are not in a good state and the room has a lot of mosquitoes (though they do provide mosquitoes netting). The staff at the front desk were not particularly easy to communicate with and I did not find them super helpful. The view is amazing at sunset and overall the location is adequate.
