It’s really clean and comfortable for the money

Room was spacious and very clean.

Quite disappointed about how they handle their customers. Made a mistake while booking and realized just a couple minutes after, so I texted and asked, if they could cancel the booking for free, so I would be able to correct my mistake, since booking wouldn’t let me cancel for free. They told me, they were not able to do that and they would follow booking policy, while stating that per this policy, I would still have 4 (!) days left to cancel the booking for free. I send the cancellation request via booking, after they told me this and they didn’t accept it. So, they basically forced us to stay there, so we wouldn’t loose our money. Very poor customer service!!! When we were there, we wanted to rent a bike. The owner gave us a super old bike and wanted 110k per day for it. In the end, we got it for 80k. Didn’t expect to be tried to rip off and the need to haggle from a hotel. Shower was only warm for a couple of minutes.

My room was exceptionally clean, which is one of the most important things for me. The bed was also comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water too. Location wise, it was okay. Set back from the main road so quiet. Bingin Beach area 10-15 mins scooter ride away to the west and Green Bowl Beach 20 mins south east. 10-15 mins further on to Nusa Dua. There is a little laundry place on the driveway 2 mins walk from Dream Breeze which is handy if you're mid-travels and need clean clothes. I didn't need it, but it's there. They also had scooters for hire on-site which I hadn't come across before which could be handy too. If you just want somewhere to put your head at night, then it's a good option. If you're looking for an inspiring stay, I would probably look elsewhere.

I stayed in 9 different places during my 1 month in Bali and this was probably my least favourite. I booked last minute because I decided to stay a couple of days extra to explore the south coast and this was the most affordable option. It was clean and comfortable, but basic. There just wasn't anything interesting or special about it. It was the first place I stayed in without a pool, (not that I think I would have used it on this occasion, but I've paid less for a place with a pool) and the shower was underwhelming; quite high up and not great pressure.

Nice room. Clean hotel and excellent experience
