Ничего,мы туда не попали

Нам просто не открыли дверь,а мы были с детьми и поздно ночью,о том,что заезд должен быть до 21.00 нужно предупреждать,как это делают другие люди на booking ,в личных смс.

Location,

It was announced that check-in in the hotel until 9 pm . We arrived at 5 min to 9 pm , having previously warned of the arrival time. But hotel was closed and hostess went away. Only after argument the hostess agreed to come back and let us into the hotel.
