The cleaning staff is really nice. The area is nice and quiet. The rooms are also nice in general, comfy bed and big closet.

1, The manager was not helpful at all. I asked to move my booking by one day because my flight had been rescheduled due to the war, which I had informed them about weeks before my arrival, but he said he “couldn’t” do it. 2, At night, a sewage smell came up from the bathroom drain, and the whole room smelled very bad, which made it extremely unpleasant to sleep in. It was very disturbing. 3, The wifi is weak.

The mag is so great!! I just finished my second stay there and out of a month worth of accommodation. The mag is always my favourite. I will be back here in November.

The staff were lovely and hardworking, the rooms are a good size and really good value for money, facilities are good, shared kitchen is handy and you are close to loads of restaurants, shops etc

Unfortunately we had a big issue with flies in our room coming out of the drains. It was relentless and there were never less than 20 flies flying around, or dead on the floor. The staff were incredibly helpful and did come and clean the room when we alerted them to it however as soon as they had cleaned the flies would just return. On one occasion it got so bad that we moved rooms for the night whilst a clean took place and the second room was absolutely fine so possibly just an issue with our room in particular. When we returned to our room afterwards, the issue carried on and we just admitted defeat at that point 😭 Once again, the staff did absolutely all that they could with the resources available and I think it could be a bigger issue with the drains or something so not a cleanliness issue It was such a shame as otherwise it was a great place to stay. I hope it’s something that can be resolved!
