Duvet was too heavy for the season; no alternative provided (e.g. light blanket). A clearer depature routine would have helped.

Staff was very friendly, offered breakfast for a fee at the second facility. Great breakfast. Very nice place. I would stay again if we come back.

No problems except a faulty hair dryer. They said they would look at it.
