Quiet and safe area…..what you pay for is what you get

Waiting outside the gate without bein attended ….never changed linen and towels for the entire stay…..room not being cleaned all day only cleaned once in 3days……cleaner,gateman,receptionist same person,she must attend to everything and everyone….1bar fridge for all the guests to share…wouldn’t recommend any1 to stay der

Hospitality was good. Staff was friendly. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Provision of tumblers for brushing teath good idea Fan and Tv ieach room Provision of wifi facility.

Try to improve on the folowing; 1. Big fridge in the lounge 2. Iron, electric kettle and dryer in each room 3. Shower/ bathroom/toilet must have opaque glasses not transparent for privacy purposes. 4. Hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes when bathing. 5. Rails to hang bathing towels after bathing.

The lady Helper....Plume was awesome

If only they had air-conditioned rooms... The ceiling fan didn't help much with the heat
